Coffee May Help Reduce Anxiety

Despite the stereotype of the nervous coffee drinker, a report from London’s Goldsmith College found that a cup a day could make you less anxious. The study showed that people prone to anxiety attacks suffered significantly reduced stress after consuming a cup. Another benefit coffee has on your emotional wellbeing is reducing depression.



A study published in Archives of Internal Medicine showed a clear association between coffee drinking and a reduced risk of suicide and depression. So if the stress of the office is becoming too much for you, just make a good espresso, and relax.
