My display says 'Empty grounds' but the bean hopper is full. Any suggestions? Many people misinterpret this message. It is actually prompting you to empty the waste grounds bin in the base of the machine. My machine says ‘Fill system, press steam.’ What does this mean? This message indicates that the unit needs to be primed with water. Simply press the ‘steam’ button and the system will fill itself.  My machine’s pump is working but there is no water coming from the steam arm. What should I do? Sometimes this is a result of the steam arm not opening to allow the water to escape in order for the pump to fill... How do I know if I have lime scale build-up in my machine?
